Rival gangs are using face book and social media to plan fights and cause trouble. On Carson Beach in South Boston they have triggered a response from law enforcement from at least five agencies. What a bunch of punks! They are part of at least a 1000 youths who have come out to stir up trouble!

Three state troopers responded around 5:30 p.m. to the first report of a fight. When they arrived, they were confronted by about 1,000 people, Procopio said.
