I'm grilling pork chops and making red beans and rice (with sliced up sausage) and corn on the cob.

Crock pot for the roast and I did the rest when I got home, except the pie - that was from this weekend.

I cooked the corn on the cob in the microwave like in this video. It worked and man was it GOOD!!!

I love making that - that's usually good for dinner for a few nights!!

We had crab quesadillas and Ceaser's salad. Yum!

Tomorrow I'm breaking out the crock pot - pork loin in Carolina Gold BBQ sauce. I had Carolina mustard based BBQ sauce at the wedding for the first time ever... I'm hooked! So, so good. I just hope this store bought stuff is as good.
