What makes you happy?

Shoes!!!!
What item (not your family, or child, we know that silly!) just makes you happy? I ask because the other day while dressing for a party I realized florescent pink just makes me happy. Really it did. I just felt happy to have that color on and it really did reflect in my attitude.
So is there something that makes you feel happy?
 
vintage anything, big band music, hummingbirds, summer singing bugs (cicadas, etc.), the sound of waves crashing at the shore, BOOKS!!!!!!!, cats...

Great minds, SD! I have been considering this very thing the last week or so! :)

A country song
 
Spending time with friends. Whether it be on the beach, dinner out, chatting on the back porch, watching a great concert or even just driving down the road... sometimes it is what a girl needs and it makes me so very happy!
 
Squirrels, a sunset on the prairie, a lesson well-taught, machines that work well, a pleasant house, a photograph that works, anything I learn or produce (rather than consume), books, music that moves me,
