What happened to the Today show?

I think that extended hour with them has been on for a while. :dunno I can't remember what it actually replaced or the reasoning for it.
 
I'm beginning to think that I might be a happier morning person if I just stayed away from that channel. :))
 
No idea. I have never liked stuff on in the mornings (prolly because I am NOT a morning person), but even if I did, I wouldn't watch that. I did read where the exec. team of the regular Today Show was replaced in an effort to shore up their ratings. Apparently Matt Lauer's smart-alecky arrogance isn't going over so well. And they treated Ann Curry horribly, and that was so not cool.
