A few weeks ago I purchased key lime juice for some key lime cupcakes I was making (1st attempt). Then I saw your post on the key lime pie. I still had the key lime juice, and the few ingredients on the bottle to make key lime pie, so I went for it!

I've been intimidated by it in the past because of all the "purists".

Let me just say, that with only 4 ingredients, my family LOVED it! My husband even said he liked it better than the one we had recently purchased at Publix. We'll be having another one for Easter!
