Who is Liselotte Hubner? Not any historic person I have heard of or read her comments about Germany and that time.
The parallel is frightening? I find it more frightening that people make up memes with quotes and pass them off as fact, and that people (in general) believe them. (case in point: @cptlo306 believes those cute cat memes are real.
) BTW many very educated people are in Trumps camp. He is an across the board draw to those that are educated and not. People are tired of politics and what it is and has been. Many believe that Trump could be the short term answer to shake things up from the same ole same ole that we have seen from the Republican candidates.

I have to agree with the Diva on this one... comparing Trump to Hitler is completely absurd.

While the meme is clearly a recent creation and the exact wording of her quote has not been (and probably can't be) confirmed; such a statement would have been consistent with her message.
The meme was simply a prop to draw some parallels between Trump and Hitler.
I'm pretty sure Trump will win on the GOP side.
I have mentioned to Mrs. Colson more than once that The Donald should put his son out there more. I saw him and his brother on Fox News again this morning. No matter what anyone thinks about Trump, it appears he has raised a couple of sharp kids.

An outspoken opponent of Hitler's....could you give me a link? I put her name into the library database and came up with nothing. (I do not doubt she was in a camp, just that she was an opponent of Hitlers.)
I am not sure when it comes to Cruz and Trump. I thought that maybe the Bible Belt would lean more towards Cruz, but I do not really know.

One thing that has been brought up more than once in conversations with friends is the fact he has good kids. They have worked, went to school, and became productive citizens. We did not see them half naked, drugged out, drunk, or anything else, even though they were raised in an environment that we see that stuff daily.
There's not much on her, mainly from her family. Snopes looked into it a bit and called it mostly false because the meme is obviously a recent creation and her exact wording cannot be confirmed.

It is probably a point that is deliberately ignored by the press. I know how blusterous Trump can be, but it's hard for me to ignore how well spoken and behaved a person's children are. I've had more than my dose of it working in the school system. Sure they never had to want for anything material since they're Trump's kids, but all one has to do is note how some Hollywood actor's kids act when they have more money than they know what to do with.
