Trump Indictments

The indictments just keep on coming for Trump.

This is the big one, but there are more to follow, both criminal and civil.

The leftists are doing everything in their power to shut him down and out.
 
How to avoid a 37 count federal indictment:

FBI - <phone rings> Hello, can I speak with Mr. Trump?

Trump - Speaking.

FBI - Hi, we understand you may have some documents that we need back.

Trump - Yes, I may have some. Some are big beautiful documents. Did you want to pick them up?

FBI - Yea, that would be great. Also, can we look around a little as well to make sure we have them all?

Trump - Absolutely.

Indictment avoided.

His attorneys resigned after reading the indictment. What does that tell you? They didn't want to stick around on a losing case. After I read the indictment, I'd say his goose is cooked. He needs to drop out of the race. If he doesn't, he's giving the WH and possibly the House to the Democrats. Now we find out if Trump selflessly serves this country or not.
 
They are going to indict Trump next week for doing absolutely nothing, to deflect from Joe Biden getting caught red-handed taking a 5 million dollar bribe. (Treason)

If you're talking about the indictment that was released today did violate the law. Recordings are proving Trump showed people without security clearance documents marked SECRET. He is also recorded as saying he did not declassify documents at his residence that were marked SECRET. Those are two serious charges. The odds are very good that Trump will be convicted of those.
 
You all do understand, once Trump is out of the way... they will do the same to the next Republican? (DeSantis)

They will do it to whistle blowers who turn in Democrats. They will do it to you and I who don't conform to Marxism and communism.

Our government is weaponized against anything that gets in the way of the Democrat agenda... which is Marxism/communism.

We can’t have two tiers of justice: one for Trump, another for Biden.

One for Assange, another for Manning.

One for BLM/Antifa, another for peaceful protesters on Jan 6.

I never thought we’d see the day when the U.S. President deputizes the DOJ to arrest his lead rival in the middle of an election.

Obama shamefully tried to deputize the FBI to infiltrate Trump’s 2016 campaign, but they’re leaving nothing to chance this time around: the federal police state is outright arresting Trump.

This is an affront to every citizen: we cannot devolve into a banana republic where the party in power uses police force to arrest its political opponents. It’s hypocritical for the DOJ to selectively prosecute Trump but not Biden.

There are also serious legal questions about the President’s power to declassify documents and the potential illegality of the over-classification of federal documents in the first place. That’s for the courts to decide, but *we the people* decide who governs this nation.

It would be much easier for me to win this election if Trump weren’t in the race, but I stand for principles over politics. I commit to pardon Trump promptly on January 20, 2025 and to restore the rule of law in our country.

When you are first granted a Top Secret security clearance, you go through a class that tells you the proper handling of classified documents and what you can and can't do with them, along with many other legal stuff. You sign and initial many documents stating you were given the information and understand. You go through a refresher course each and every year for as long as you have an active clearance.

From what I read in the indictment, he committed some serious violations. He showed documents classified as secret to people who did not have a security clearance. He took documents marked secret with him to a golf outing and showed them to people who did not have a clearance. It's not BS; it is indeed fact. His lawyers resigned today. Why? Most likely, they were tired of Trump lying to them.
 
Trump's biggest problem has always been his mouth. Trump started the biggest witch-hunt I've seen in the last three years after the 2020 election. Many of you believe the election was stolen, but not one shred of evidence support that accusation. He should have just accepted the loss and kept his mouth shut about the election. When the FBI called about the files, he should have told them to come over and get them instead of putting them off. Who's fault Wray is the director of the FBI? Trump. He shouldn't have nominated him because the Dems liked Wray also.
 
As DeSantis mentioned in the video above, it is certainly not fair that Trump is being targeted but Hillary got off without being indicted. There is a special council investigating Biden's document scandal right now so we don't yet know the outcome of that.

However, Hillary getting off without being indicted doesn't excuse Trump from breaking the law. If the allegations in the indictment are true (and they are very convincing), he should be found guilty and pay the price. And just to be clear, I'd say the same thing even if it were DeSantis, Scott, or any other politician in this same scenario.

Most folks here are parents. Back in the day when our children were younger, if a neighbor said your son and three other boys trampled through her flower garden. You go to the neighbor's house and see the destruction the boys did. Your son comes home, and you tell him what the neighbor said and the damage you saw. Your son says he didn't do it. The other kids' parents weren't called because the neighbor didn't know who they were, but she knew your son. Would you wait to punish your son until someone told the other parents, or would you go ahead and punish your child now?

I'd punish him now.

That is what Boss is getting stuck on. If Boss did it he would be court-martialed in a New York minute as DeSantis said he would have been. But Hillary... Nope.

I don't like what about isms, however you need to understand this is not about security, this is crushing Trump and anyone who comes after him representing a conservative view..

I think we will see them allow the power of the feds to go after Joe and Hunter.

The senile old man is no longer a good bet for the DNC...

They will let him be prosecuted/thrown under the bus... be the sacrificial lamb so they can say, "See we believe in equal justice, we punished one of our own. We were not weaponizing the power of the state against factions we don't like... we are innocent."

Then they will slide in Gavin Newsom for President, or leave Harris with Barack Obama as VP. There will be a shift to replace Biden, but keep the Presidency for 4 more years..
