*Salary is based on experience and qualifications:
This position is responsible for coordinating care/treatment of Juvenile Court involved youth, developing and overseeing psycho-educational prevention and rehabilitation programs utilized by the Juvenile Court, maintaining relationships between the Juvenile Court and private treatment providers, managing financial resources related to grants and other funds utilized by the Juvenile Court for programs and/or treatment, and developing new programs, such as drug court, and rehabilitation methodologies.
*NOTE: This position is a Non-Civil Service position, serving at the pleasure of the Chief Juvenile Court Judge. The employment relationship is “at-will”, meaning that either the employee or Paulding County may terminate employment at any time, and for any or no reason, or there is no contractual agreement as to employment duration.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a bachelor’s degree or higher or comparable work experience.
- Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions to be able to answer questions and resolve problems usually associated with three to five years of experience or service.
