The hateful double standards of the left

Most of you have probably seen this story by now. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders gets kicked out of a restaurant by it's owner because she is affiliated with the Trump campaign.

Many of the same left who was outraged when a baker refused to bake a certain wedding cake design for a gay couple now thinks it's OK to boot a woman from a restaurant just because she works for Trump.

Where is this compassion and tolerance we heard so much about?

BTW...I think a private business should have the right to refuse service to anyone they want, but people should be consistent about it. If it's not OK for a baker refuse to bake a same-sex wedding cake, then it's not alright for a restaurant owner to kick a woman out just because she works for Trump.

I also support the market's right to respond as it will to such decisions.

As usual, the reality of the left's tolerance and compassion is that it only extends to the ideals they support.

What the left wants...
Is to make the rules as they go...
Without any static from the folks who are the butt end of the rules they made up 5 minutes ago...

Reminds me of a spoiled child in an adult body...

Wonder how many of the males who believe this...

I was thinking the same thing... if a restaurant refused to serve a liberal there would be some group taking them to the supreme court... the group would have deep pockets to pay for the lawyers. (However they are usually picketing and boycotting a conservative establishment with hate... Chick-Fil-A...)

Then again this is all in the Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals.

Funny looking back on what has been going on in America since the 60's is unbelievable. I mean I served in combat in the Army fighting the communist N Vietnamese Army (NVA) and the Viet Cong to keep them from taking over a non communist country and now we have communists in the guise of the Democrat Party leadership trying to take over our country without firing a shot. They deserve to be tried for treason and shot for being traitors. The left is pure evil and communist IMHO. Thank you very much

Did you hear that Sarah and her husband left the restaurant and retired to their hotel, however some family went out to get dinner (since they had not obviously eaten yet.). Apparently the reporters followed her family to the next restaurant with hecklers and continued to picket Sarah's family even though she was not with them...the owner of the Red Hen was there at the second restaurant too.

If it makes you sick to listen to her the offensive thing she says is:

Rep. Maxine Waters said, "... cabinet members and highly visible Trump enablers should expect harassment at restaurants, gas stations, shopping places, and even their homes until they change their immigration policy. Several have already been confronted at public places.

"If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. You push back on them. Tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere!"

 
I have a $Washington...

That says lots of folks that follow Ms Waters advise about protesting, are gonna end up spending a night or two in jail... and may well end up with a felony on their permanent record... which, of course is gonna change their lives for the worst...

I wonder if that reality will make it to the same level of news... as the loud mouth NON AMERICAN talk Ms Waters is spouting???
 
Had any Republican started calling for all of Obama's cabinet members to be harassed like this, the Democrats would be demanding that person be arrested.
 
The next step is to harass and intimidate conservative voters on their way to the voting polls.
 
It's all because they grew up in gun control states. They have no idea of politeness.

I have great fun telling all the Yankees I meet when I go up there that these clowns wouldn't get away with it in the South. They wouldn't last more than a couple of days since the "He *needed* killing Sheriff!" is still a valid defense down here. :)

IMO the pendulum is swinging... away from the left (not yet across the center yet... so not towards the right yet)...

And the left knows the swing is away from them...
And like the spoiled children in adult bodies they are...
They are throwing temper tantrums.

It would just warm my heart...
If Maxine Waters was arrested for telling folks to do the things she said.

If she were arrested, the MSM would report it as her arrest violated her 1st Amendment rights.

Yes... yes they would...

Yet it has been tested in the courts... that one does NOT have a 1st amendment right to say something that causes danger or bodily harm to another:
Example: Screaming 'FIRE' in a movie theatre, when there is no fire.

Obviously... the trial of Ms Waters would be political... and probably would give Trump a chance to get a bunch of stuff done without the MSM reporting lies...
Hmmm... maybe the charade of that trial, regardless of who wins... has some potential... :D
