A couple of weeks ago I received a message from this person through my website. Her problem was she couldn't down-lown Code of Misconduct on her Nook. I emailed her back and also left her a phone message, saying I would contact the publisher for assistance.
I called the publisher who conducted a "test" down-load and said it worked without a hitch. They said, and I agree, that it's a Barnes & Noble problem on their end IF there was a problem to begin with. He said, and I also agree, that it is most likely "operator error" on the part of the person trying to down-load because others don't seem to have the same problem. I left another message, telling the woman that if she continued to have problems, I'd send her a hard copy when it came out.
Anyway, I checked the Barnes & Noble page today, and this IDIOT gave the book 1 star and the comment listed below. WHY, you IDIOT, do you think it's proper to punish my work for something that is NOT my fault?!
