Texts point to FBI, not Russians meddling in 2016 election

The President has been able to fire the FBI Director since 1968. It should be done far more often. Ever since we have had the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI has been insulated and able to run their operations unfettered from oversight by the President and Cabinet. I said when Bush invented that bureaucracy that the executive branch would lose control of the non-military espionage and defense forces. Look at the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA and tell me that isn't true.
