Texas sues key swing states over ‘unconstitutional’ election irregularities

I doubt this goes anywhere but it's pretty much one of or the last shot at this.

More states are joining the lawsuit.

Well, that would be interesting. Dropping this election into a 12th amendment selection would be interesting.

The House might pick Biden for President, but more likely would not want to select someone not likely to finish the term if the GOP Senate is selecting the VP. So they might pick Harris as President and who knows who would be picked by the Senate as VP. (not likely Trump, I can't see all the GOP agreeing on him as VP, even if he would be willing to be in the Jr position. )

However, it also depends on *which* senate does the selecting. IF the liberals manage to pick up the senate seats in GA, then they might have full run to pick both Pres and Vice Pres. In which case this will have done nothing for us.

Remember...in a 12th situation, it's the delagations that would chose the president, and the GOP has a majority there.
 
Man I've gotta say this is probably the strangest Constitutional lawsuit I have ever seen. I seems like a huge stretch, bit this is 2020.
 
I’m still holding the line. The end is nearing, one way or the other. Then we can decipher where we are, how we arrived, and what revisions need to be made.
 
Yawn... I get it. I proudly voted for Trump, but these endless lawsuits might help the democrats regain the senate... I'm so ready for this drama to be over already.
