Sylvester Stallone is 'permanently' leaving California behind for Florida: 'It's a done deal'
Sylvester Stallone announced he's "permanently" leaving California and is ready to call Florida home. The actor and his wife bought a home in Palm Beach.
I get it, hopefully more and more people are waking up. I just hope it’s not a normal transition of “stars” exiting the state to make room for new up comers. That's a smart move. As more people move out of California than are moving, I can see property values dropping there soon. I hope Stallone already has a buyer for his California home.
Those new up-and-coming young people may be able to buy a mansion in a year or two for a lot less, but they will still have to pay ridiculous taxes. They'll whine about it, too. "I just got this bill in the mail from the county saying I have to pay a property tax. What the heck? If I pay that, I won't be able to buy the Lamborghini I want. That's not fair. I work hard for the money I make on my podcasts."I get it, hopefully more and more people are waking up. I just hope it’s not a normal transition of “stars” exiting the state to make room for new up comers.
