Supper tonight

Garden stuff, emptied one of the five gallon buckets of potatoes today, got 3-4 lbs. They could have waited but I couldn't. Here's some of that manual pollinated squash. Maters were canned last year. It's awesome to pick it this morning and eat it tonight.

Dinner tonight was pork roast, fresh corn, mashed potatoes, great northern beans, green beans, and corn bread. Ice cream cake for dessert. Yum!

NG, I wish I'd eaten at your house!! We had BBQ pork loin, courtesy of the crock pot. Pasta salad, corn, and rolls. It was... Mmmmkay. Not to die for.

How do you make yours? The only thing I know to do with cube steak is bread it and fry it ( or country style steak) and make white pan gravy. MrB doesn't like it that way, but loves cube steak????

Mr.B is weird... ;D But, so is my hubby - he actually prefers his cooked in a grill pan like flank steak.

Looks good, the others meals sounded good too. I had leftovers tonight but it was yummy too, field peas with boiled cabbage and sausage. Sadly there was no leftover squash and onion.
