Supper and Church

Last night for supper I had Coconut Swiss Chard with Chicken. The Swiss Chard came from my garden. It was amazing!

For church pot-luck today, I spent about $2 to make a salad. The money was spent on ingredients not in my garden. The garden provided cherry tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. I used dried beans, so the 2 cups of black beans were cheap. The olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, and salt were cheap. I will miss my garden when it's gone.

On Wednesday, I'll be making Pad Thai. Fewer garden ingredients, but I'm excited to try it.
