Storms are coming - achy bones too

I used to aggravate my mom about her bones aching when bad weather was on the way. She's just moan and growl about her achy neck or back. I always told her she was getting old and that old folks always have aches and pains.

Now skip ahead, my senior citizen self woke up today aching in my knee, ankle and shoulder. I can tell a storm's on the way because I can literally feel it in my bones.

Do any of my chums here on the highway seem to ache when the rain is coming? Or am I just paying for aggravating my sweet mother?

My mom was the same way. I'm not quite old enough to deal with that yet.

My wife definitely can tell when rain is coming. All her back surgery and the hardware involved seem to be a factor. I think it is when a Low pressure system approaches, her body can tell the difference in the air pressure.

I have aches and pains, but I really can't say it's weather related.

I don't have aches and pains from the weather, it mostly stems from doing stupid crap when I was younger or sleeping in the wrong position.

For me it's not so much joint aches or pains but rather sinus headaches and general blah feeling.

I ache from being on my feet for 12 to 14 hours a day working... not related to any weather. Aleve seems to take care of it.
