So, what dead animal flesh are you charring this weekend?

At our cookouts everyone brings their own meats...we are cooking chicken for us, turkey burgers and hot dogs for someone else and the others haven't gotten here yet, so who knows whatelse we will be cooking! :)
 
Tonight was lemon pepper chicken. Tomorrow we have salmon that we'll grill on a cedar plank! YUM!

I saw on one of those cooking shows where they soaked the cedar planks in rum first. I didn't see the rest of the ingredients, but the rum part sounded really good!
 
Seems like a waste of some good rum. :)) I have no idea when chow time is going to be, the men headed down to the pond below the house to do some fishing. :tapfoot2
 
I was going to cook some but I might have made to many typos, so I refused to make my employer sad..

My belly had cow, Chicken, Shrimp, crab and pig this past weekend... twas a good weekend in my book
