When you can't sleep, do the constant thoughts of 'I really need to get to sleep' make it harder to go to sleep?

Probably still keyed up from the Pool Party,,, (the one CPTLO wasn't invited to)!!! Probably worried about things like "How to get the riding mower out of the pool, and what to do about the gasoline floating to the surface,,, like whether to run it through the filter or burn it off" Hey, if you burn it off, be sure to take pictures,,, that aught to be really cool!!!

It didn't help that a coworker went and got BBQ for lunch so that is adding to my desire for a nap.
