Should I?

We expect you to turn in your man card.
I liked my Mustang. I did, but it got very difficult for me to drive it without being in pain. My wife has a Malibu, and I have difficulty getting in and out of it. It's a nice car, but I suffer being in it. I thought about a truck but didn't want to spend that kind of money.

My PIL have a 2004 Toyota van. They can still get in and out of it fine at 88 and 92 years old.

We took it on trips several time, it was comfortable.

Tried to talk the wife into getting one for our "last" new vehicle. No go so far....

Ours is great for trips. The side windows starting behind the driver and going to the back are dark-tinted. My wife has glaucoma, and she can sit in a seat in the back and take a nap or watch a DVD.

Several of my hotels have had the Toyota van. I was shocked how much power they had.

Years ago I drove a friend's Honda van and it was heavy, had no get up and go, and was a dog to drive.

Our Maintenance van is a left over 2004 Toyota van from one of our other hotels. It still drives great. It just looks horrible from not being garaged or given a coat of wax, or for that matter being washed. All but one hubcap has fallen off. It is just used to go to Home Depot or other supply stores to pick up stuff. I use it to go to Costco Business Center to get supplies for the hotel. It is much easier to load than my car. We only have one row of seats so the whole back is open.

I don't know if I would buy one for my personal use, but I would endorse the Toyota van as very drivable and responsive.

Another "should I" possibility just popped up today.....2016 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack. Only 19,300 miles. This one is probably way more than I want to spend but who knows...

This would be even better since having a truck again would be useful. Only 7600 miles. It is up to just over $30K with less than 24 hours left. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes for $45K or higher.
