Open toed, dainty with a mid-length heel.
Thanks, GD. LOL I totally expected something off the wall from you! Hahahaha!

;D

You're tiny so you don't want anything gaudy or too tall of a heel. Just something pretty and slightly understated.

Lawd, I feel so gay now!! :cheer1
Well, considering you just used the cheer smiley in the right spot.... ;)

Dang it! I'm going to Home Depot to get a masculine fix.
:laugh

I was touched by the power tools andHealed!!

I like this one.

It's a bit out of my price range, but maybe you can swing it. :whistle

And you could wear it (or something like it) with both dresses. Unless you'll be walking around outside in a grassy area. Then go with a wedge of some kind. :)

:laugh Y'all are hilarious! Lol

SD, neither of these I thought I'd ever pick out. Once I got them on, I fell in love. Crazy, I know. The striper one does look grey in the pic, but it's a nudist color.

IF, that's kind of what I had in mind, but I'm not sure. What would you wear? You are tiny - once upon a time I was like you, but BabyB did a number on me! Lol

I would wear the ones I posted. (Well, not Louboutins....I have a kid in college, now!) But those are exactly what I pictured when I saw the first dress. And they work for the other one, too!

And, girlfriend - you are beautiful! :)

Aww, thanks! Lol I can't afford those either - I just have A kid! Haha!

Also, my phone autocorrected some words - nudist should have been "nudish" color, if that makes sense.

Would you wear those, or a similar pair, with both dresses?

GD is definitely gay. :faint

The birds, match a shoe with the nude color. A slip on with a kitten heel with an open toe would look nice. No toe divider. Maybe even a blue gem or design on the front to give it more of a cocktail feel.

The other one..I would really have to see it on to give the best advice because it is not something I would wear.
Edit: I looked again and I would lean towards a slingback pump with a platform. The middle looks more gray to me than nude. If it is you could go with silver and silver accessories.
This is also what I am thinking. I'd take a pic of me in it, and post that, but I have been looking rather haggard lately. And, that dress is not something I'd think I'd wear, either. It was in the "meh. Maybe. I'll try it." pile. I love it. And I *hate* the new thing with dresses where the back has to be longer than the front. When you are a shorty, this is not an awesome idea.

Is a nudist really nude if they have shoes on?
:laugh :laugh :laugh

:laugh

I saw that, too. And that you called it a "stripper" dress. :D

I think I would wear them with either dress. You could also do a lower heeled strappy sandal with the navy one.

And I am SO glad you said that about the graduated hemline. I abhor those!

:laugh

Haha! I didn't catch that part! Certainly *not* a stripper. LOL if that were te case I'd get some of those clear platform heels. LOL

I'm a huge fan of strappy sandals with high heels in summer. Navy or Nude (which is HUGE now) both look like they would work. Considering your height difference with MrB, I'd go for as high a heel as you feel comfortable in. If you like the platform shoes, go for it.

Oh, I also think the differing level skirts are a total fad and will be GONE this time next year. Not a cool look on most folks.
