Seeking prayers

I spent the day at the ER with my Mom and she was admitted into the ICU this evening. Mom's not doing well. Please pray for my Mom and our family.
 
Thank you NJ. This is a new wrinkle that we really didn't need. And more tests for Mom to determine what's going on now.
 
Thanks Panda! Mom's had a terrible year and a half. For those who may not realize, she's only been home from her last hospital stay about 10 days. :(
 
I know it's hard on the own who is sick, but I also know how demanding and difficult it is on the loved one(s) who are there to love and support them. My prayers are with you and your mother. These are difficult times, but your friends love and support you.

I think I read she had been moved from ICU but is still hospitalized. Still praying for you and your family Madea. ((hugs))

Maybe she'll have a moment to update some time today. :(

I just checked again, looks like she's back in ICU again. :(

Thank you all for your love and prayers. Mom is still in ICU, but they believe they've determined the source of the internal bleeding and also think it'll be an easy fix. It's been a terrible few days. She lost a lot of blood.

We still have the effects of the diabetes to deal with and the havoc it has wreaked upon her body, but this new issue was a big source of stress. her potassium had also gotten dangerously high. We are still tettering on the edges of dialysis. She already had stage 4 renal failure. Stage 5 is dialysis.

If you or a family member is a diabetic, please, PLEASE take very good care of yourself!
 
Prayers for her and your family. Both my grandmothers are diabetic and pending my dads results now so I know how that works.

Also my sister in law was on dialysis for years before she got a kidney transplant so familiar with that also.

Good Luck to your mom and home things work out.
 
Mom is still in ICU and required more blood this morning. :( Just continuing to trust that God knows what is best. I've honestly felt like we've been on time borrowed on the prayers of the faithful for the last year and half.
 
Will continue to keep your Mom and your family in my prayers. I hope this has been a better day for all of you.
