Rahm Emanuel says he will appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court the ruling that he is not eligible to run because he does not meet residency requirements.

I can't believe that the rule of law would even matter in this case. Seems that rule doesn't apply to any of those people. Poor old deep pocket eyes Rohm. Sad day in the Emanuel house.
 
He plans on taking it to the Illinois State Supreme Court. He's not finished yet.
 
I wouldn't put it past P-Bo to sign some executive order. Even though he probably can't, I still wouldn't bet against him attempting it.
 
ok what's the latest?? He was not on the ballot, then he was or is currently...just wondering.
