One of the challenges we face

The law to most these days is only what helps their agenda. Enforce a law and have the court overturn it. Frustrating as hell.

Yeah... we as a society have lost respect for the law... IMO from a legal perspective the deeper issue is selfishness, greed, and rebellion against 'inconvenient' authority. One 'could' say... this is what happens when we kicked God out of our lives... but that is another thread.
It is, IMO, both a sad thing and a dangerous thing!

IMO this disrespect came from the left stacking the courts with judges that want to legislate from the bench... rather than respect the format of govt the founders laid down... That is: Congress makes the laws... judges interpret what Congress said.
And it ALL is subject to the final authority of SCOTUS and the founding documents.

Note that it appears Trump's larger priority is to stack the courts with judges who lean towards:
*The rule of law
*The founding documents
*And interpreting the founding documents the way the founders intended
*And NOT seeing the founding documents as living nor fluid...

I can live with some set-backs along the way...
As long as Trump stacks the courts.
Now we need for Ms Ginsburg to retire... and SCOTUS will be set. OTOH... I would not mind a few MORE conservative judges on SCOTUS... lock it up for longer than I will be alive... grin!
