New Year\'s Eve Plans??

Rolling down the highway
We're having a small get together at the house/ Going to play a few games and do a night hike with reflector tape and flashlights. It's fun!! Any ideas for additional games? I hate just sitting around waiting on midnight.

Oh and please ask Mother Nature to hold off on the rain til Saturday. It won't be any fun to hike in the rain. TIA :)

Dunno yet. We usually have a choir get-together at a certain person's home, but I haven't heard this year if it's on. And I'm not sure yet if wifey and I will be well enough.

We don't have any plans at all. Most likely, we will stay up, see the new year come in, say, Happy New Year, and then go to bed. :))

I might be up watching the tube. Wait, you really can't call it that now since the flat screens are no longer "tubes". Our grand kids will probably wonder why in the world we ever called the TV the "tube".

Anyway, the lovely and gracious Mrs. Reacher will go off line at about 9:30 PM. I don't think she's ever stayed up until midnight. :))

On New Years day the Zion guys and wives will have our yearly get together.

We rarely go out on NYE. We gather our little family, celebrate another year together at midnight, then off to bed.

Anybody that wants to make the trek to Yorkville is more than welcome to join us. Fox I haven't seen your lovely bride in over a year!! :)

Thanks for the invite. We have an early dinner then watch the great ball or peach drop and toast in the new year with my one glass of wine for the year.

Hey, let's all go get smashed at NG's house. Then we can run outside and fall into the pool.

I'll try to convince her to come to the coffee meeting on Monday.

Yeah, we need to SlaP them! :p

NJ, we usually stay home. It doesn't bode well with the public when they see young kids totally drunk and making fools of themselves. Nothing says more fun than alcohol and fireworks. :)) Thanks for the invite though.

We actually have plans with my mother, stepfather, brother and sister-in-law. My other half doesn't know yet (I forgot to tell him.) This thread should explode any minute now!
