Yummy, I grew up on Goulash!! I think sometimes the meat wasn't really ground beef, my mom was great at substituting what ever was in the freezer. But she called it "hamburger meat". ;D

I do not think you can be a Mom unless you know
how to prepare goulash and tuna noodle casserole. ) ) )

Made the recipe last night for dinner... good cheap eats.

(Our dear daughter announced that "everybody loves goulash"
and The One Who Does Not Like Pasta went back for seconds.)

LOL How cute! I havent had this in forever. I think I'll give it try this week. My mom never made this, but my friends mother made it a lot. They didn't have a lot of money then, and this was cheap. She usually tossed in whatever left over veggies she had from previous dinners. It was always so yummy.
