Ugh! I hope not. I don't want development and traffic out here. If I need something between trips to town I can usually get it at one of the 15 gas station/convenience/dollar general type places out here. (Ok, so not really 15 but we do seem to have an awful lot of them out here.)

That we do!! But too many of our local folks have sold out. The prices are about double what they used to be. Ughhhh!!

That's for sure ... Old Mr. Swafford is the last man standing out here and he's looking to get out. I love the variety of stuff in his place ... I just don't buy anything edible there. )

Yea, nothing edible he does have some interesting stuffs. I remember when most local "community" stores were just like his.

Save the trip for a little bit ... there isn't a whole lot in there just yet. If we only get you once in a blue moon, may as well make it worth the trip.

Also looks like a new restaurant may be going in the old Dude's Steakhouse place.

Awwwww. Well, I will wait. There's a place that sells antiques out here in Rockmart, just noticed it the other day, so I might pop in there and look around. Thanks for checking it out! :hug
