My gripe of the day!!

I'm here to spin the moral compass.
I love the princess's denyist, Dr. Rossitch. But I don't love appointment screw ups. I had to leave work at 2:45 to get the princess and get here from Midtown by 3:30. On a Monday, no less!!
 
And, I just got off the phone with Comcast AGAIN.

They fixed my internet after the lightning strike but my phone is still out.

We can't get Comcast service. We tried when they were running a great deal on cable. Called them, went through multiple price changes until the lady agreed that we "qualified" for the promotional pricing, set it up and was told that we would be contacted to schedule an install time. Next day, tech called to schedule our new phone service. Hubby told the guy that it was supposed to be cable service only and the tech told him that we had to start all over. We tried a second time, but I finally gave up on them when we started running into the same inept customer service issues the second time too.

I'm not interested in internet or phone, we love our AT&T service.
 
What is wrong with you people? I don't have Comcast issues. Just be nice. ;D


As for the dentist, we LOVE Dr. Sharon Bingham-Shultz and have never had a scheduling issue.


I still need to get around to switching the internet from AT&T to Comcast. I hate AT&T.

She didn't accept Cigna when I was first looking for a pediatric dentist so we went to Dr. Rossitch. He is awesome and the princess loves going there!
