Mother nature might evict this bad neighbor...

I was wondering about that...

Hawaii is a 'may issue' CCW state (GA is a 'shall issue' state)...
May issue means if you qualify and someone in govt is your buddy you probably will get a CCW permit, otherwise you are little people...
Shall issue means if you qualify, you get your 2nd amendment rights.
Reason I know: have a buddy that used to live there (taking care of his Mom)... I went to see him, he told me to leave my 'hardware' at home, as they would be confiscated at the airport and I would never see them again.

Hawaii is very left about many things...

I'm as pro-2nd amendment as they come but sorry, this idiot is a prime example of someone who should "lose" that right. And that, therein, is exactly the problem. Unless convicted of a crime, can you lose that right? And who decides? Thankfully this jerk will lose his once convicted.....assuming it happens.

I agree...

The guy broke lots of laws...

More important... he let the power of a firearm go to his head... which IMO is the critical mistake!

Glad someone had the gonads to video it and send the video out... so the authorities had the evidence to arrest him.

OTOH... 'sane' folks, who have a CCW and training... stop countless crimes by suggesting to the criminal there is gonna be consequences for that choice...
Which IMO is the line between a society of respect and a society of un-bridled crime!
