I feel if a spouse, man or woman, walks out on a marriage, especially if its because they've "found" someone else, all they should get is their freedom.

Well, morally I don't necessarily disagree. But the law says otherwise generally.

That's pretty disgusting. I look around, and I can see that there are possibilities, but I would't quite say I'm tempted. It's been done to me. I will never to that to my s/o. It's occasionally entertaining to think of what might be possible, but why would I want to give up a happy and fulfilling relationship for something that might last one night? Especially now, no I'm not married, but I'm happy with what I have. Happy enough that I'd go to church with her on Sundays if she wanted to.

I think Pat Robertson's off his rocker. Don't forgive a cheater. Their behavior isn't anyone's fault but theirs, and if they've done it once they'll probably do it again. They don't love you and they don't respect you, or value the relationship. Walk away, don't look back, even if you have kids. That half of the relationship is scum, and will taint the whole family with their behavior.

I'd rather be alone than with someone who cheated.
