Just noticed this section!!!

I can't drink beer, all that carbonation gets to me......it hurts my tummy and makes me sick. However, I happened upon this during one of my visits to Chicago, it's not carbonated. :)

My go to dinner during the week is usually the same:
Nuked broccoli
Small serving of low-fat Ranch dressing (and SD I like it!!!!)
A few low fat Ritz crackers
A few slices of 2% Cracker Barrell cheese

On the weekend, the sky is the limit. Mrs. Mac and I love to cook, we also like trying restaurants.

And SD, there are some beers that would rival your best vodka.

Tonight was easy. Tilapia, butter and lemon pepper. Pop in oven. Mix up some cole slaw while cooking. Dinner in under 30, even after adding some tator tots for the boy who won't eat cole slaw.

Tilapia is a filter feeder. Can't go there (shellfish, pork, et al, either). But then I go overboard liking everything else. :'(

:faint :faint You need to try a good Riesling - I didn't care for wine much until I tried one of those. As for not liking champagne, that's just

I have tried every recommended wine and champagne (and several beers) known to man, and I just do not like them. I DO NOT LIKE THEM, SAM I AM!

Now, give me a good brandy, or vodka, or even whiskey, and I'm fine. (A fine brandy on a cold evening after a good meal...PRIMO!) And in another dozen years, I'll get to enjoy one. (Hankster, long story, but I'm voluntarily giving up likker until the youngest of my nephews is 18 due to long history of alcoholism in several close family members. Strictly a personal preference.)

Completely understandable. I'm with you on the whiskey and and brandy though. The vodka? Not so much.

WHAT?! You can not be my friend if you do not like vodka. :girlsaysno

Hmmm... Did I hear beer?? Hankster can come hang out with me and Honeybunny. Ill bring some homemade bread and other random non-GMO, no high fructose corn syrup containing foods to munch on, too.

:laugh

We have a random assortment of folks here, don't we? Oh, and I do drink champagne but usually with my orange juice on Sunday mornings with my breakfast.
