:girlsaysno Nope. I have tasted some that have come from all over the world and some that have been specially brewed. They all taste like :sick

True story. Only I throw wine and champagne in with beer as well. :sick

:faint :faint You need to try a good Riesling - I didn't care for wine much until I tried one of those. As for not liking champagne, that's just

I have tried every recommended wine and champagne (and several beers) known to man, and I just do not like them. I DO NOT LIKE THEM, SAM I AM!

Now, give me a good brandy, or vodka, or even whiskey, and I'm fine. (A fine brandy on a cold evening after a good meal...PRIMO!) And in another dozen years, I'll get to enjoy one. (Hankster, long story, but I'm voluntarily giving up likker until the youngest of my nephews is 18 due to long history of alcoholism in several close family members. Strictly a personal preference.)

I gave up alcohol when my daughter was very young and didn't so much as smell it again until she was in her early 20's. It was just a "dad setting an example" thing.

And I can enjoy a good beer.

Completely understandable. I'm with you on the whiskey and and brandy though. The vodka? Not so much.

WHAT?! You can not be my friend if you do not like vodka. :girlsaysno
Vodka is not my friend. I never have liked beer. And, I might have a glass of Liebfraumilch (I think that's right, sweet white wine, think Black Tower, or blue nun) every once in a blue moon.
