It\'s...

Now I'm betting that will be nice in 3-D!!!

If I win the lottery, I might get me some 3-D glasses for my Sony.

I need to decide if I'm gonna fix mine or not. If not, I'll sell you my glasses.

But the Samsung blows the other TV away.

Let me know ... I'm sure you took good care of them.

Hopefully there isn't any Elvis hair lube on them ... :laugh :whistle

Thank ya very much!

Two pairs are new I think.

One nice thing about the Samsung is the glasses are $39. We bought a 60" 240 hz true LED. Expensive, but the picture is amazing!

I definitely think the Samsungs are the best. I love watching on our Samsung more than the others we have. Still not a huge fan of 3D. (even on the Samsung we did see it with.) :dunno

My treat for moving up here was a new surround sound system and flat screen. I researched the heck out of them, and the Sony I picked consistently got the best reviews. The Samsung was 2nd. I like it, and keep telling Mrs. Mac we should spring for HD programming - she has been resistant so far. ;)

So far, Mac crossing his fingers, so good.

We have both HD and reg channels. You have to pay separately there for the HD ones? I would be with the Mrs. :)) Cable is already sooooo expensive.

Yes, AT&T U-Verse up here charges extra for HD.

I'm waiting for the "straw the broke the camels back" to switch to either Comcast or Dish.

Heck if I didn't have men folk, I don't think I'd have a TV, but someone's gotta cut the grass. 6 1/2 acres is a lot of grass. lol

Yeah it is!

Deewee, don't feel bad. Since we don't watch a lot of TV, we had this old 27" TV that weight at least 200lbs. I think it was a toshiba, and MrB's parents have it to us years ago when they upgraded to flat screen. We just got rid of that a year ago and got a Samsung (I think?). It took us awhile to get used to. It looked like British TV shows on all channels.

MrB will not get rid of cable. He watches a lot of documentaries and then of course we have Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, and another one I can't think of. All on HBO and staggered through out the year. Grrr.
