Question just came to me..I havent seen a mention of one on boards, I dont thiink...

Actually, you are talking to them. 8)

The founders of DallasHwy.com are the Paulding Patriots, a registered and recognized group of the Tea Party Patriots.

WELCOME ABOARD!

Edited to add: I plan on making a specific area for the Paulding Patriots on the board...somewhere. 8)

It is my personal opinion that we can do as much, or more good on the net to promote conservative values than most groups or gatherings can do.

My plan is to post the happenings and reports of the Tea Party as I receive them and try to keep everyone up-to-date with what they are doing. I just need to set things up when I have a few minutes straight of free time.

My pleasure. Anyone on dallashwy who wants to be a part of the Paulding Patriots are more than welcome. 8)

I have some friends who are Tea Party folks. Told her about this board and the Paulding Tea Party Patriots. She will be checking us out and was pleased to hear about it. Be sure to keep something up where it can be found easily.

There is a "We the People" of Paulding County that meets once a month at the Stars and Strikes with special guests. Today, they had State Sen. Barry Loudermilk and the guy is a true Conservative. He spoke about the Constitution this morning.

I'll post the next breakfast meeting here for Feb.

I would like to be a member. Would the goup have meetings?

Most Tea Party groups organize thru meetings. We have the opportuinty to organize through this site AND in person. This week I plan to introduce a forum for updates I receive from the National Tea Party to make all of our member aware of their activities. We can set up some coffee meets and, if all are agreeable, make our next dinner meet an official Paulding Patriots formation meeting.

Comments anyone?

Please make it clear that the Paulding Patriots and "We The People" are two different organizations (although there may be some crossover of participants).

In addition, there are other avenues currently in place for Paulding residents to get involved in local issues. The Paulding County Republican Party and the Paulding County Republican Women both have monthly meetings. This may have changed, but the We The People meeting has in the past conflicted with the Paulding County Republican Women meeting days and times.

I could pass the meeting time on to folks I know who would be interested. I can't make evening or week end meetings. I would love to have minutes sent to me and I would love to have this site as my meeting place. ;D

I will announce here the next "We the People" meeting when I know the date. This is not the Paulding County Patriots group if one actually exists.

The "We the People" breakfast meetings are on Saturday mornings. Breakfast is served by the Stars and Strikes management for about $5. There is also coffee and juice as well.
