Infographic: What Happened in Atlanta on Election Night

I believe it was some of Guillani's people that claim 5 major cities all stopped the count on Nov 3rd at about the same time. After that, when the count continued, Biden took the lead in votes. I don't know if it's true, but I haven't heard anything else about it,,, have any of you?
 
I remember watching Fox 11 news they announced the counting at State Farm Arena was being stopped for the night and everyone was being sent home because of a water leak. The report said counting would resume in the morning.
 
Now we know what else happened that "...night when the lights went out in Georgia."
