I'm not a fan of oysters

This week, me and my wife went through Apalachicola Florida and stopped in a seafood joint called The Station Raw Bar. I'd never been there but we figured it should be good as it was very busy. Anyways, their fish tacos are delicious and the shrimp was very good, but I just ain't a fan of oysters. Folks were ordering them by the dozens, but I just suppose me an oysters have come to an understanding that I'll leave them alone if they leave me alone.

Anyways, if you want to check out some cool, quiet scenery, head on over to Apalachicola, then on out to St. George Island...It's very nice and far away from the riff raff in Panama City Beach.

I enjoy good oysters. But if you ever get any bad ones, they are beyond disgusting.

I liked oysters when they were about $10 for all you could eat. Too dang expensive to enjoy now.

I have some friends I've known since 65 who live in Carrabelle about a half-hour east of there.

Lots of memories of that area, I used to ride my Yamaha 175 Enduro down on a Friday after school then spend the weekend riding and fishing until Sunday. That bike went about 55 on a good day and broke down regularly. This was before cell phones and I was broke a broke kid so it made for some interesting times.
