Liberals are now pressing Justice Beyers, 82 to retire from the SCOTUS so Biden can appoint a black female. Why does the next justice have to be a black female? Because they are pandering to blacks and women.

If you go into federal government offices, you see more black female employees than you do any other demographic. What demographic you see the least is white males. Why? Because black females check the boxes of two minority groups when it comes to affirmative action initiatives. Whether it's hiring people to fill federal government jobs or political appointments; the liberals want to see more black females given the advantage. To hell with hiring or appointing the most qualified.
