I now officially hate Macys.com

No update yet ... I have two children that had to be gotten off to school, a hubby that had to be sent off for a 15 hours day, and now I must head to the barn and then the school. When I finally do get back from my crazy morning I'll let you know what's happening.

So I called the gift card number and eventually got through the automated prompts, etc. A very nice gal named Nina answered the phone. Long story short, they are very sorry that my initial experience with macys.com was not great but my order was accepted, processed, and should be at my home tomorrow.

I still have issues with the web page ... it shouldn't be that hard to find a way to contact them. Oh my, please let me love the things that I got. I don't think I could handle having to do an exchange/return with them. I do believe I am permanently scarred. :huh

I knew it had to be a fluke thing, I just wish it was not with someone their first time using the website. :( I promise it is normally easy and stress free!
 
What's stress free about not being able to contact somebody with questions?

And now I'm getting annoyed again ... they said that the would send the confirmation email and they haven't. Or I haven't gotten it, anyway. Now how is it that I got the password question update email but the order confirmation one seems to keep having trouble?

did you ask to confirm your email addy. SOmetimes those things can get typed in wrong
