If you noticed, Y is for Yankee. C is for Charlie. Who the heck was Charlile? I wonder why they didn't use Confederate? Notice as well that R is for Romeo and J for Juliet, both characters created by Shakespeare who killed themselves. Isn't that interesting. Only one month is represented in the military phonetic alphabet (November). What's so special about November that they couldn't have used May for M. It would have made more sense to have used July or June for J instead of using Juliet. I guess they didn't want Romeo to be alone.

It would have been better if it had been Foxmeister for F instead of Foxtrot, but close enough. Why India for I? Why not Indiana? I could go on, but I will be here all week.
