That is not crystal clear in the Constitution, though most Constitutional scholars believe that POTUS does NOT have the power to pardon himself. To my knowledge, this has never been tested, but if it does, I suspect politics will come out in the SCOTUS.
It is made clear that presidential pardon does not cover impeachment.
