Homemade Marshmallows

If you haven't tried homemade marshmallows they are definitely worth making them at home. The texture and taste is not even comparable to store bought. My guests loved them!

I make a marshmallow fondant sometimes for my cakes and it is so much better than purchased. The buttercream one I order is pretty good though.
