Home Buying In Five Steps

Excellent, natch. Good series!

I personally would even get a home inspection on a new home. Which you might say in next week's article, so pardon my jumping ahead. I've just seen SUCH appalling construction in new homes. A friend bought a not-cheap house in Smyrna several years ago, and it has been a DOG. The builder was from out-of-state, and is now bankrupt.

A lot of the in-state builders are horrible, too. Pretty sad what they can manage to get away with here.

This is part 3 of a 5 part series. Parts 1 and 2 are linked in the article. This week's subject is timely and provides a near real time account of what's happening in the local real estate market. I thought the folks here at the Hwy might enjoy reading it.

No time right now, but I'll be reading it. Information like this is for sure in my interest. Thanks.
