Hiram Festival?

Anyone go to this? I didn't see any pumpkins... Actually I saw very little. So little, we decided to not even park. Was there a pumpkin patch, and we just didn't see it? Why is Hiram so lame?

We went to the craft show in Dallas and it was pretty nice; very small but nice. Actually, I scored some awesome lavender soap and lavender shae butter. I got some lemon grass soap, too. Oh my gosh so yummy. 4 bars and one tub of butter for $24 - a pretty good deal, IMO.

Anyway. That's all. LOL
 
It was advertised as a Fall Pumpkin Patch, or whatever. We got there and there were a couple of tables set up, but not much else. :(

I bought a polish sausage with onions from Hiram High's band at the Dallas thing. It was really good, but MrB ate most of it. It was huge.
 
I do not think they were very good at advertising either one. I was in downtown Hiram last week and did not see anything about it. Heard about it when a friend posted. I also only heard of the Dallas one because Cupcakery Bakery had it in their status. I asked son if there were flyers or something downtown and he said he did not remember seeing (or they were small and he did not notice :)) ) any and he is there everyday. :dunno (I will say he is a boy though and it could have been a billboard and he still would have missed it!)
 
The Dallas thing ... there was a banner in front of the old courthouse facing out into the intersection, right on the corner. Never knew anything about the Hiram thing. I was at the public safety deal today.

LOL! There was a big banner at the courthouse. I saw it as I live up 61 and stop at that light all the time.

Is Cupcakery good? I've started to stop in, but haven't yet. She had a table, but there was a line so we didn't stop.

I haven't had her stuff, but my son likes it. Not sure if that is saying much right now. :laugh
