HOW HILLARY CLINTON STILL CAN, AND SHOULD, BECOME PRESIDENT AFTER THE TRUMP-RUSSIA INVESTIGATION
http://www.newsweek.com/hillary-clinton-president-lawrence-lessig-post-686077

Here's how constitutional law expert Lessig lays it out:

If number 1: If Trump is definitively found to have colluded directly with Russia, he would be forced to resign or be impeached.

If number 2: If Trump is removed, Vice President Mike Pence would become president.

If number 3: If Pence becomes president, he should resign too, given that he benefited from the same help from Mother Russia.

If number 4: If Pence resigns before appointing a vice president, Ryan would become president.

If number 5: If Ryan becomes president, he should do the right thing and choose Clinton for vice president. Then he should resign.

After losing the election in a spectacular manner, Hillary and Podesta invented the ‘Russia/Trump collusion’ fairy tale not only as an excuse, but also as a means to divert attention away from their very real criminal corruption. They love to blame their enemies for the evil that they themselves commit, which is an old Saul Alinksy trick. Using the Clinton Foundation as a money-laundering operation, Hillary accepted ‘pay for play’ cash from Russia as part of her Uranium One deal. While she was Secretary of State, her husband received $500,000 for a speech he delivered in Moscow. Putin was obviously buying influence from Hillary. Now that she’s not president and can’t easily cover up her traitorous misdeeds, she found it necessary to paint President Trump as the traitor.

Hillary was using Mueller as her personal bloodhound. He was out sniffing on a trail with no scent, but he hoped it would lead to President Trump regardless.

They may fabricate lies to remove President Trump, but in doing so they’ll also be flirting with civil war. Too many constitutional republic-loving Americans will not tolerate a coup by the swamp.

I think President Pence would be fan-effing-tastic. I like him. As for his VP choice...hell, ANYONE that's a solid Republican would be fine. I still want Cruz in the white house, and I want him to run in 2020.

I've noticed, in high school, that political opinions seem to be everywhere. Not just in my class - which is really one of the only places they should be, since I have Government. The AP English teacher across the hall talks her leftist bullshit up in her class every day, I can hear it all the time. Other classes that have nothing to do with civics have kids writing about how they hate Trump, etc. Climate change papers in English...lots of stuff like that. It doesn't belong there.

You know what? I'm really dissatisfied with what we've got so far. I criticize him all the time at home. Occasionally in class, when his stupid fat mouth makes the news blow up with North Korea or something. But for writing and opinion assignments, he's off limits. He has not had enough time in office to have a legacy for students to research and discuss, and every site out there is biased against him to the point where you can't really learn anything. I usually make them do JFK/Nixon, Reagan/Carter or Bush/Clinton or occasionally Bush/Obama.

I've talked to them alot about how Congress works, and none of us can really explain how the Republicans have a majority and yet no campaign promises have been fulfilled, and nothing seems to be getting done. I do not, however, refer to Mitch the Bitch as such in class.

I have also had to go over a few times - how the impeachment process works, and who would be in line for succession, and why that jackhole from Texas can't actually impeach Trump because it's all based on his opinions and butthurt feelings rather than actual High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Don't remember his name, but it's some guy from Houston or something. I taught them about Nixon and Clinton's Impeachment, and so far most of them think that there's no real case. The ones that do are the ones that would go for it no matter what crap they pull out as evidence.

I'm glad my class isn't afraid to have an opinion, though. I had professors that were dicks about your political views. I'm just grading them based on whether or not they come to class and do their work.
