Up above the smilies are some square boxes, one has an M with an arrow, it is moving. Highlight your text and click on the M. It will move your text or pic across the page.

Yes! I found an image online. Right click and "save image location." Then click on the image button above (just under the bold button) and paste the link in between. (And of course, make it MOVE!)
