So many people out of work, so I am just amazed. We need an electrician. MrB called several, and got no returned calls after leaving messages on VM and with secretaries. Finally got Mr. Sparky to call back and scheduled an appointment to come out and give an estimate yesterday.

No show. No call. Nothing. We didn't even want to call Mr. Sparky, but no one else will return calls!

So frustrating. So, while venting to our neighbor she told us her hairdresser's husband is one, and is gOing to get his info.

I just don't understand.

Yeah, we have the same problem with mower people. We have been taking ours to s dude in Acworth and he only works when he wants to. Gotta find someone else. My neighbor has one who will come to her house to work on her rider but the day he was supposed to come, he was a no show. Lazy people.

Aren't you just amazed?? We had this issue when we moved. No one was on time, except Two Men and a Truck and the guy that installed our alarm.

The mower was delivered at 6:30am on a Saturday, when they were supposed to be here that afternoon.

Gah! So frustrating.

I hate to say it but this is a big part of why we're falling behind other nations in so many ways. We are a nation full of lazy, whining, complainers. Instead of being the norm it is now the exception to find someone who takes pride in their work. What ever happened to the mindset of, "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing well" ... ? What ever happened to taking pride in your work? Don't even get me started on the value of a man's word nowadays.

It's that entitlement mentality so many have today.

It makes no sense, but I have seen what you guys are describing.

Our business has been tough since the economy tanked, but one part of it that has been consistent is my customers who stick with me because we're always there for them and always take care of their needs.
