My view on abortion as it pertains to government is that the federal government should have never gotten into it. It's not mentioned in the constitution and therefore should be a state's rights issue.I have always been a firm believer that a woman should have the right to do with her body as she chooses.
As I've aged, my views on abortion have changed somewhat.
I don't like it. I wish there was a lot less of it, but I still don't think it's the governments job to police it.
This is a decision that should be between a woman and her mate, her family, her best friend, her clergy, or on her own.
Again, I don't like it and I wish there was a lot less of it, but I also understand how it feels to be a young teen and suddenly realize you've skipped a period.
