It never gets old, does it? It is one of the things I love about livin' in the sticks. So many creatures to see and enjoy!

I just saw a flock of turkeys (8 or 9 I think) in the parking lot at Shelton Elementary school... with a squirrel clinging to the tree next to them.

The rain seems to have rejuvenated nature! :))

I live in a subdivision and we have deer crossing the street all the time. It is odd. :dunno
Deer crossing the streets isn't really odd at all. In fact, since it is has become a regular activity in the deer community, some bucks were successful in their lobbying efforts to get signs posted for this popular pastime.

Many other animals has enjoyed the benefits of the deer as well.

I think many forms of wildlife have gotten "used" to humans over time. Our ever expanding populations are driving that.

Deer are magnificent creatures! I've never cared to shoot one, but I have no problem eating one if someone else does the deed. ;D

Still very odd to pull out of your driveway in a subdivision and see deer crossing. :dunno
