Yes, it's church stuff. I chaired a powerful committee during a very difficult year. I'm glad I and my fellow teammates were there when we were needed, and I think we served well; but boy am I ready for the next guy to take over.
 
Yep been there done that roll MANY MANY MANY Times! Mostly all church stuff. I just never could get that word NO out of my mouth...but I have learned lately to say NO THANK YOU :laugh
 
I have been serving Boy Scouts for almost 18 years and it never gets old!! The look on those boys faces when they "get it" is amazing. The camping, hiking, biking and just having fun in the outdoors is much better than typing on message boards. (sorry but it is)

I wouldn't trade it for the World!! :love

Nope - I'm one of those people that love serving on committees and organizing things. I'm on committees at church, at work, plus one that is just some work with a charitable group, AND I help the bosses out with the administrative stuff on the committees and boards that they are on.

Now quit your complaining and channel your inner Nehemiah - "I am doing a great work and cannot come down."

I've had some rest. OMG we had a lot of fun at the Paulding Cup. I had a few suprise volunteers show up. We did an amazing job. All the reports said that things went smoothly. I think the biggest issue was we could not keep the fries cooked fast enough. Oh, well. We have 4 years to get that issue under control.
