Development in the Morrison lawsuit

Thad has spent a lot of time attempting to try this case in the court of public opinion. Look at how many people already believe the county is guilty of everything he claims. Does anyone think a jury could be seated on this case and not already have any bias formed in favor of the Morrison's? One thing is certain, a jury doesn't need to be seated in all civil cases. A judge alone can hear the case.
No. Whether for the Morrison's or against, no way you could do a jury trial here.

I disagree - I would venture to say that most people in Paulding are completely unaware of the Morrisons or the other website where this case has gotten so much attention.

I have never once read a thing about it on that other website (until a day or so ago when all the info was sent to me) and I know about the entire case. :dunno People know people and people talk.

Agreed...I'm guessing 94.7% of Paulding Countians have never heard of it.

I really do not think so. That high? No way. As I said I had never read it where you all used to play and I knew. I am not even a Paulding original. :)) This is the most talk about things that are happening in others lives places I have ever lived. (I am sure that it applies to most small towns....even though it has grown it still has that atmosphere. AND with Morrison's wife running I believe it to have been brought out a bit more in recent weeks.)

I think it would be hard and I also think that many would lie about knowing and already believing that the county is the most evil thing on earth and have ran those poor poor people almost into the poor house . Too many have shown just how blind and rabid they are about this.

The ONLY people who would believe Morrison's side are Obummer supporters! Everyone else has more brains!

I could be on the jury. I have read some about this lawsuit and everybit of it was so confusing to me that I deleted it all from my brain. If it's not important to me....I just dump the info. :dunno

Flame me if you will, and if I stand alone in this matter, so be it. If it's frivolous, let Judge Beavers throw it out. Otherwise, let it go to trial and BE DONE WITH IT.

I agree. From what I know of this case, it needs to be heard. I do not understand why everyone is so against them in this. I have known their daughter from when I was a kid and I remember when all of this happened they truly were taken full advantage of.

But in the same breath I think it is definitely time for it to be heard and finished with.

Is it bad that I am seriously gonna leave this position blank on my ballot

I can not vote with a clear mind... After June I will no longer be in PC anymore so ..... Yeah

I didn't read all the pages ...sorry

This race needs to be made into a tv show... It has more twist and turns the Dallas

I'm guessing that I am the only person in Chatham County that's heard of it.
