Details of the North Korea summit

History in the making tonight. I never thought I'd actually see anything like this happen. Granted, nothing yet has been accomplished...but it's a start and far more than any previous POTUS has achieved. It would be a miracle if the Korean War was officially declared over. That would be an even better start.

My prediction: "Trump will do something to piss NK off and get us in a war."

And of course, that will not happen...
Yet folks will believe because it could happen... that Trump is dangerous and has to be reigned in.

I'm a bit underwhelmed with the "agreement" and still very skeptical of NK. Seems like we've been here before with NK promises and that didn't turn out very good.

I think we probably all feel the same but the first step on the world stage has now been taken for the short one, something nobody saw coming mere months ago.

I read an article somewhere, where the author called Trump's success at getting Kim to the summit as unconventional. He probably called it that because no other president was able or willing to.

I know at least two people who saw this coming months ago... Thomas Wictor and Scott Adams.

;)

My theory is that Trump and the Gulf Cooperation Council freed North Korea from China and the North Korean ruling elite using military force that nobody could ever acknowledge.

So we fought a war with China and it was somehow kept quiet????

Well, assuming you're right, that's a great way to win a war. Were there any casualties?
